Balatro Google Play Games Achievements not unlocking when I'm playing offline

Hi! I wanted to report a bug where the google play games achievements even though it logs in on launching the game, the achievements do not seem to be unlocking when i complete the required conditions.
E.g when i reached ante 4 and i was playing it, i noticed that there's an achievement for reaching ante 4 in Google Play Games but it hasn't unlocked.
This never happens in other games that i play as i play all of them mainly offline and there the achievements keep unlocking as i keep achieving the conditions. However here that's not the case.

Also one thing that i would like to point out is that the cloud save using Google Play Games is working fine and saves my data between devices. It's just the achievements that seemed to be bugged.

Also another thing related to the above issue.

When i 1st launched the game i could see the in game achievements(not the Google Play Games ones) but now that i tried searching them again, i cannot find them anywhere. Is it also a bug?

I noticed that when i launch the game online, then if i continue playing offline, i am unlocking the achievements.
But if i launch the game offline and then if i continue playing offline I'm not unlocking achievements.
Something is very wrong with the way achievements are unlocking as I've never experienced this before
