Soft lock with Mega Spectral pack after destroying all cards in hand

Title, pretty much. I used the first card of the pack to destroy 5 cards and earn $20, but since I only had a hand size of 5, I had no cards left. None of the other spectral cards are useable since they need a card to apply. I cannot skip after selecting the first card.

This is on iOS.

Exiting to menu and then re-entering the run resets the pack opening, so this does not completely stop progress, but forces you to skip or choose unwanted spectral cards.
