A mod that gives you unlimited hand size and automatically plays the strongest hand possible from the top 5 cards of your deck. Score scaling would need a rework and this might also be a terrible idea because it might favour particular hands, but it's a thought.
I imagine the deck would constantly be drawing cards and they'd go across the bottom of your screen like a conveyor belt.
Basically making this more like Ballionaire than Balatro, pretty much.
