I was playing Ghost Deck and tried to buy and use an Ankh while I had full joker slots with 5 eternal jokers, and the card got stuck in the middle of my screen after being bought, it took my money but it (logically) didn't do anything. Exiting to main menu and continuing fixed the issue so it's also not permanent.
