None of the "contains hand" jokers except "contains a flush" or "contains a straight" works with flushes that contain those hands, which is very confusing. I had Mad Joker and it didn't trigger for a heart flush containing two 6s of hearts and two 8s of hearts.
It makes sense for four of a kind to not contain two pair because it isn't two different pairs of ranks, but for flushes it doesn't make any logical sense at all.

Because a Flush is explicitly 5 cards that share a suit, not all scoring cards sharing a suit (by that logic, a High Card would be a flush of the suit that it is).

Just tried this with clever joker though on mobile, and got a flush to trigger it (2pair chips joker)

pretty sure you were just missing something here having an flush doesn't impact the check for a two pair at all
