When playing a 6 on my first hand to activate Sixth Sense, my Madness joker gained x0.25 mult. Random thing to mention is that I had a Cartomancer generate a tarot card and then Madness destroyed the joker at the beginning of the round. Probably unrelated but thought I should mention it just in case.
