I bought the App Store version to cut myself free of the Arcade subscription. A Reddit post lead me to believe my save data would migrate, it didn’t work for me. Then I tried uninstalling Arcade version hoping it would somehow bring my data over to the App Store version, and pretty certain that I could just reinstall the Arcade version if it didn’t work.
Well, now I have a blank save file on both Balatro and Balatro+. All profiles lost including my main one with about 80% collection discovered.
I didn’t reset or delete profiles manually, it all just happened by iCloud backups not working as expected.
