10Spades - Simulate behavior of glitch / god seeds

This mod adds the 10 Spades Deck, which adds a chance for any RNG in the game to have constant outcome, so you may have things like drawing the same set of cards every Blind, the shop only containing Planets, or Wheel of Fortune always working.
The chance for this deck's effect to trigger can be modified in the config menu and this mod is compatible with https://discord.com/channels/1116389027176787968/1279246553931976714 for the true Erratic Deck experience.

I just made a commit to fix the crash
Now 10Spades should work with the newest CardSleeves version

Sorry about the crash. I double checked using Github's search to see if any mods were still using get_current_deck_name, but looks like the ten-spades repository wasn't/isn't indexed.

I think it’d be too funny if there was an inverse deck where everything consistently fails (like always noping wheel of fortune or glass card breakage chances) though that’s probably redundant due to the decks customization already possible
