Amber Acorn: missing joker

I went into the last boss of ante 8 with 5/5 jokers, and the boss was Amber Acorn. The jokers were flipped and shuffled as expected. I beat the round, which also beat the game. When I continued in endless, and came back to the shop, I was one joker missing and only had 4/5. Unfortunately, I don’t remember which joker went missing but it wasn’t one that can break or be removed. I’ve played dozens of games, and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this.

Deck was Plasma on white stake.

Is there some glitch with the combination of Amber Acorn as the last round before the win condition?

probably not a bug. reminds me of https://discord.com/channels/1116389027176787968/1239185569171374130 who also didn't remember what joker it was.
you probably either accidentally sold it, or it actually was a consumable joker.
