I was doing gold stake runs on save 2 which I manually enabled unlock all. I received this error message. After this, relaunching the game caused settings to restore to defaults, the tutorial to proc on save 1 (which had progress on it), and trying to create a slot 2 save gave me an enable all save and also (the slot 2 save was wiped) caused me to get the Completionist and Extreme Couponist achievements (probably due to the 100% save, but you should be unable to get those achievements on enable all.), but did not retain things like joker stake stickers. Version is steam, g, not in beta.
