Progress Deleted

After the patch today(10/16) on iOS that saved cloud save improvements, I thought it would be a good idea to delete the app and redownload it to see if the ante 1 tag glitch would still occur but instead all of my progress was deleted. I still have the account on my iPad, but I won’t be touching it until that gets fixed. Is this still a known thing with the new patch?

It didn’t fix anything. I don’t know what they think they fixed in the game but it’s just as broken as it was before.

Why don't we have at least the operation to turn off cloud saves if that's what's causing the issue

Your progress is lost. I filed a bug report and they replied:

Hello,

Thanks for your message. The developers are aware of this issue and are looking into why this is happening. Currently, there is not a way to restore individual profiles. In the meantime, I would suggest playing on one device and we hope to have an update to prevent the loss of profile data soon.

We cannot restore data because it's privately held by the respective platforms. We have investigated this but it's not possible 😦

I have flagged this to developers; I'm seeing a few reports that refer to reinstalling so we'll be investigating that as a repro step immediately.

I have loss my progress too, but i have no redownload the game, i play in iphone 12 by arcade
