To replicate:
Discard
Select cards while the discard is happening (easier on lower speeds)
In case this already has a post and I didn't see it, I searched "discard", "select", and "hand level" trying to check if it had been reported
#Selecting cards while a discard is going through causes the hand level/score to not show.
