Cloud Save Issue

it's keep loading that i can't enter game. Even when i turn off all my network connect, it's shows the same instead showing i am offline. I wonder which cloud server it uses, seems not google play.

is cloud save data stores in playstack server？Cause there is no account system in game. And i can't see any "cloud save" hit in game showing my game progression is saving now.
