I had a double tag, skipped blind for a spectral pack, panicked and hit reroll boss blind while the pack was opening since I realized the next boss would end my run. Both spectral packs sorta opened at once, crashed with an index out of range error. Upon reopening, I'm presented with this screen, where there are no spectral cards to choose from nor can I 'skip', effectively preventing me from continuing :(

the double tag soft lock has been known since January but still not fixed. the index out of range error is a separate thing and has also been reported before. must have something to do with the timing like you mentioned
