This guide will utilize Winlator, a Windows emulator, as a workaround solution for Android users to have a taste of modding on mobile, as the modding rule is still strict on modding mobile devices.

Winlator is a windows emulator so yes, technically it's modding on windows
It will be significantly slower to load, display and calculate than actual PC, depends on your hardware and mod counts.
Please do not discuss the actual porting of mods on mobile app, that will certainly violate the rule.

I can't figure out how to input text in the winlator enviorment. Possibly relatedly whenever I try to select your cntrol config it delcts itself when I go back to that settings page

(My computers screen broke and I can't even connect it to the 12 in external "tablet style" monitor I have because my only hdmi to mini hdmi cable I can find broke, so I have to use USB c to connect it to my phone instead to get any sort of 'computer' experience right this moment)

You don't need steam itself. Balatro has no drm, so the folder can just be transferred. I know you don't made a computer atm, and it's probably against the rules for me ro advocate the easiest solution (even though I know you already own the game on Steam.) But I'm sure there's some solution

So, a question for clarification sake. Getting mods for the the Android cersio of balatro is against the rules? Or have I misinterpreted this?
