I've tried multiple times to get a game where I didn't start with the handy tag for the small blind and garbage tag for tthe big blind. However every single time I create a game (with random seed) these two are the tags that appear.
It also looks like if you start a game on iPhone and continue it on MacOS it doesn't keep the current tags but replaces them with these 2
