I'm always getting the same tags every run regardless of deck or seed. This only seems to happen on tablet as my S10 doesn't have the issue.

This happened to me when I skipped the tutorial. I had to delete the game and the game data and redownload then it was fixed.

The same thing is happening to me. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 that it works perfectly on. But I also have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 that I want to play on, but I get the same tags on every run when I use the Tablet. Both devices are up to date and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the tablet with no success.

You have to delete the saved backup data as well. Basically, it treats it like a brand new save state. Bummer if you are far in your run.

The data (for iOS) could be in a couple places. If you don't delete the backup data, when you redownload it, it will just pick up where you left off. I looked at this wikihelp https://discussions.apple.com/thread/255456926?sortBy=rank

Just found this thread, wanted to report a duplicate of the issue. Game works totally normally on my Galaxy S24. But on my Galaxy Tab A7, no matter what deck/stake i start a run with, the first two tags are always Handy Tag/Garbage Tag. app version 1.0.1k-FULL.

Issue happened with me today as well. Worked normally on my pixel 4, transfered to a new phone today, a galaxy S10, and always have handy tag and garbage tag for ante 1 no matter how many resets or deck or stake.

This problem happened to me. I am playing on a pixel 8 and xiaomi pad 6s pro (progress synced with my google account), but it is only happening on the pixel 8 where I played the tutorial.
And, those facing this issue probably can get only a voucher "grabber"(and packs?) in ante1. Just me?
