Completing challenges does not save on iOS Balatro, and does not unlock further challenges

i got about five challenges in before this triggered
redone [Medusa] twice and no luck
rest of my save is functioning normally / i seem to be saving joker unlocks/stickers/ deck stake completions normally

well they saved just fine at first?
did the app store start limiting balatro save uploads or, is there some invisible limit that balatro hits early in a month or something like that?
the app seems to be dutifully downloading the same stale old cloud save for unlocks to reset progress boxes backwards
no way to force an upload or force the current progress data to be current
i even tried reclearing a challenge and not closing the app, and then clearing a new challenge i hadnt done and that didn't change anything

I just lost all my progress on challenge runs after finishing my 3rd challenge. I also seemed to have lost my Orange Stake achievement as well. Going to see if my normal progress save is still working…

Also have this issue. Decks won’t unlock even though it says I have unlocked, neither will vouchers.

As an extra FYI, my iPad has lockdown mode active, so not sure if that has any interaction problems with Baltro+.
