Hi, I will report this. In the meantime can I ask you to check:
- you have cleared your Play Store cache
- if you're using a VPN, try turning it off
- ensure you google account is verified
- you're over 16!
(all of this is info Google has asked for in order for them to assist us in assisting you)
I already tried to clean the cache
I don't have a VPN
Idk what do mean with being verified
I sent a ticket to google play support and after trying a few things they told me this
"I understand, however, keep in mind that Google is only a paid platform.
It is still the application developer who is in charge of your application.
Please let them know that you have already contacted us and we have referred you to them."
