The app is draining my battery while not playing (Pixel 9 XL Pro with Android 14). The whole day first place in battery statistics. This is bad programming unfortunately. I have many many games installed, not one of the others is causing this problems.

I wanted to add on since I am experiencing this as well (Pixel 8 on Android 14), and it is still draining battery after turning off allow background usage, and after force stopping it. It only stops draining after turning off background usage, force stopping it, and restarting the device.
