I was playing yellow deck with the pictured jokers and vouchers. Before encountering the bug I had the negative Smiley Face joker, but the Vagabond had no editions.
I opened a spectral pack and used Ectoplasm to add negative to my Vagabond. However, as you can see, I still only have 6 joker slots, despite having 2 negative jokers. I cannot buy or add a 7th joker.

Something similar happened to me!
After selling a (non-negative) troubador so my invisible joker wouldn't copy it, but then after selling the invisible I ended up losing a joker slot somehow? 5/5 jokers but I have a negative Chad
This was also on the yellow deck
