I beat ante 8 on Blue Deck White Stake and after closing and reopening the app, once it loaded my cloud save, the unlocks from said won run (Blue Deck, No Flushes) disappeared, as well as the White Sticker being removed.

I should add that other unlocks that took place during this run (Yellow Deck, oops all sixes,) did not disappear.

Update: I beat yellow deck up to ante 10, and after the same experiement, my unlocks stayed.
