Deck showing as locked in shop

Shows in photo, this might be related to my collection not working. (i finished a run, making it to ante 13, but my stats dont show that. also i got nonstop joker unlocked and deck unlocked pop-ups)

it wasnt my first run, i had unlocked the deck on the run before and selected it normally
