It is coming up with transaction was declined. [OR-FGEMF-20]
i have tried to turn off my phone and on again and i have added more money then need and it still comes up and it seems like other are having the same problem.

It's a problem with the Play Store at Google's end, not a problem with Balatro as such

Yeah they mentioned they are having issues with play store in a follow up announcement, alas!
