Refresh rate resets to 59.940 from 240 after going fullscreen or borderless mode

My game started to set my refresh rate to 59.95 Hz from 240 Hz when I launch the game in borderless or full screen, even when I swap to it from windowed mode, game does that anytime, never happened until 3-4 days ago, any idea why?

Only have cryptid mode installed
