Very very very specific scenario, but I used immolate from a mega spectral pack with a hand size of 5. It of course emptied my hand, but every other spectral card can only be used on playing cards. I can't skip, which means I'm stuck here

It is possible to exit the save and replay opening the pack, so I haven't lost the run

Known issue, just try not to have 0 cards in a pack selection for the most part. Immolate as the last thing you do is fine, since the game automatically pulls you from the pack.
This also happens in the challenge where money affects hand-size so be careful there if you haven’t already beaten it.
