Shortcut Joker (straights can be made with gaps) didn't trigger against The Mark when Jack facedown

Made a straight of 5 7 8 9 and a Jack but the Jack was facedown during the Mark, and it only scored high card, not as a Straight

I'm afraid I'll have to assume you either confused another joker for Shortcut, or you played a different hand than you thought

I can guarantee that I had Shortcut, but there is a nonzero chance that it wasn't a Jack
I Know for a fact it was a face card, and K and Q don't really look like a J

again, it was real quick

I play on max speed

if I had any idea at all what was gonna happen I would have been ready to notice it

I feel that I knew it had to be a jack though,

I played the hand with confidence that I was right about it
