Making a thread for this, but I want to make a joker pack.

24 jokers for each of the 24 skills you have in the game, plus a bunch more jokers representing various aspects of Revachol, Insulinde, and Elysium as a whole.

LOGIC -
ENCYCLOPEDIA - All standard packs and playing cards in the shop are free.
RHETORIC -
DRAMA -
CONCEPTUALIZATION - Spectral cards have a 1/4 chance to copy themselves when used.
VISUAL CALCULUS - Hitting an exact blind requirement creates a Soul card.

VOLITION - Losing a run will give you a random Elysium joker at the start of your next run.
INLAND EMPIRE - 1/4 chance to grant a blind's skip reward when blind is selected.
EMPATHY - All jokers are counted as rare jokers.
AUTHORITY - Legendary jokers give X2 mult.
ESPRIT DE CORPS - Rare jokers are 2x more common.
SUGGESTION - Retriggers all common jokers.

ENDURANCE - Gains x0.25 mult for every non-winning hand played.
PAIN THRESHOLD - Prevents death one time, regardless of score.
PHYSICAL INSTRUMENT - Stone cards also give +4 mult.
ELECTROCHEMISTRY - Food jokers do not expire.
SHIVERS - Elysium cards give X2 mult.
HALF LIGHT - 1/2 chance to create a planet card for your most played poker hand, if the hand you play does not win the current blind.

HAND-EYE COORDINATION -

REACTION SPEED - Glass cards do not break.
SAVOIR FAIRE -
INTERFACING - Lucky card chances are reversed. (1/15 chance for extra mult, 1/5 chance for $20)
COMPOSURE - Ankh and Hex do not destroy jokers.

ACES HIGH - Aces give X1.5 mult when played.
ACTUAL ART DEGREE - Abstract/art jokers give X2 mult.
ANTI-OBJECT TASK FORCE - Gains X0.1 mult when any joker or card is destroyed.
COACH PHYSICAL INSTRUMENT - Gains +4 mult when stone card is scored.
MASOVIAN SOCIAL-ECONOMICS - All vouchers are free.
COP OF THE APOCALYPSE - 1/2 chance to gain X0.2 mult when playing a non-winning hand.
GUNSHOT (NON-FATAL) - (Technically non-canon, but it's a pivotal moment in the game so I'm adding it)
JAMAIS VU (DEREALIZATION) - Swaps hands and discards after every hand/discard used.
FAIRWEATHER T-500 - Steel cards give X1.5 mult when played.
FINGER PISTOLS (9mm) - After boss blind is defeated, sell this card to create a Soul card.
INDIRECT MODES OF TAXATION - Credit Card gives $10 per round.
REGULAR LAW OFFICIAL - +4 chips when card is scored.
SOME KIND OF SUPERSTAR - +1 mult when card is scored.
VOLUMETRIC SHIT COMPRESSOR - If you are about to die, sends you to a temporary shop, before sending you back. Destroyed on trigger.

I'm likely going to use this card as a default/placeholder until I find someone who is capable of doing pixel art. I most certainly am not.

my question for Electrochemistry is, how is it going to work with things like the bean and popcorn where it trickles down to 0? i get expiration for like gros michel and cavendish
but does it stay at the highest value (like 20 mult or whatever is the bean hand size) or the lowest (4 mult or 1 hand size?)
