4 of a kind is a higher priority hand than flush, so thats intended behaviour and not a bug

simply replace one of the queens with a different heart card and youll get a flush

Yeah. The game registers the highest tiered hand out of the selected cards. If you view your hand levels, they are ordered in from highest tier to lowest tier
