so with Ceres i created a new kinda card called a perk card

#

the groundwork for those perk cards has been added to eris

#

which is now available as a seperate mod

#

this means, if enabled, you can create your own perk cards if thats something that interests you

#

at the moment some config options that are as simple as putting what kinda joker and amount of it you want to spawn when the perk card is used for example

the folder itself also has examples.lua

#

which has a demonstration of creating a perk card that has all the current easily implementable effects

and also an example booster pack for the perk cards

#

i plan on having more options for perk cards

#

but for now anything more complicated you will have to implement yourself

#

you can probably tell that these cards are inspired by d&dg

#

which leads me nicely into my next bit

im currently working on a (toggleable) alternative gamemode for balatro

#

thats more similar to d&dg

#

this is how it looks so far

the plan for this is to rework most of the base game

and itll probably take a while
