Edit for new arrivals: some stickers may show when loading into the new game, but there is actually a setting in options to turn on stickers during runs, which fixed this issue, check your settings!

Brand new run, first shop, gold stake, ghost deck, no mods. Pre update I had turned on debug mode, which is now reverted to being off

the culprit seems to be that there's a huge chain of conditions that the setting was added to with no inner check if the setting is actually applied, so anything of the following will show the sticker always:
- Cards that have an edition, seal or sticker
- Debuffed or greyed cards
- The Soul
- Vouchers
- Boosters
- Spectrals
- Cards with a floating sprite

FWIW I am seeing this on the Switch after the Friends of Jimbo update.
We have a normal, non-challenge run going and it's showing the sticker tooltip even though we've not turned on the setting (we haven't accessed settings since the update). Going into settings and turning on "Display Stake Stickers during Run" then turning it off again didn't make the tooltip go away.

also the sticker shows up on Jimbo when he says something when you beat ante 8, not sure it that is intentional or not.
