This mod slightly reworks Chicot Legendary to make him feel more like a Legendary Joker - it "inverses" blind effects that can be inversed (for ex. The Needle now gives additional hands instead of taking them). Essentially it's just two vanilla Chicots in a trenchcoat stacked on top of eachother!
Also comes with a neat visual effect that makes the blinds look negative.
