'Overkill' & 'Graveyard' Feature

1. One thing i keep half expecting is even if i get the blind, i wanna still play my hands. Would love a double or nothing option or semi-boss blind
2. Having cards getting cards back, powerups, other interesting ideas/etc from discards would be really interesting
