probabilities no longer work by chance. rather on every X time used, where X was the original chance. Every fourth time you use wheel it works. Luckies: every 5th lucky played=+20 mult and every 15th played =$20
Oops works like you think it would, halving X for every copy. Halves round up.

the only chances where this would really be beneficial is like space joker and maybe gros michel

Functionally, all this does is give you fixed break points where you will hit the chance, but it doesn’t actually make the chance happen more. Unless you're like.. unlucky? Seems like an effect that is too small to be a Joker

yea, space joker would be funny since you could throw out 3 high cards and then play a straight or something, but it feels overall like it does nothing

I think you could make it be like-- an random chance pity timer? If Wheel doesn't proc after 4 hits, proc it anyways

Or just-- every time a chance misses, up the chance by 1 until it hits

How about this, random chances can still be random, but every X times there is a guaranteed hit?

Random probabilities succeed every X times they trigger, where the displayed chance is 1 in X
