seems like it would be pretty bad
the only chances where this would really be beneficial is like space joker and maybe gros michel
Functionally, all this does is give you fixed break points where you will hit the chance, but it doesn’t actually make the chance happen more. Unless you're like.. unlucky? Seems like an effect that is too small to be a Joker
yea, space joker would be funny since you could throw out 3 high cards and then play a straight or something, but it feels overall like it does nothing

I think you could make it be like-- an random chance pity timer? If Wheel doesn't proc after 4 hits, proc it anyways
Or just-- every time a chance misses, up the chance by 1 until it hits
How about this, random chances can still be random, but every X times there is a guaranteed hit?

I was trying to figure out an effect like this ages ago and that's actually satisfying to me

Random probabilities succeed every X times they trigger, where the displayed chance is 1 in X
that would be much better
the current suggestion on average is worse than nothing if you want things to proc
would be pretty crazy with bloodstone
but its still a joker slot that really isnt very useful
