from the looks of the images on the google play page, it's not a direct port or pirated version of Balatro, but rather a heavily inspired ripoff

there's no copyright on concepts like playing cards and poker hands, so it might not be possible to do anything about it

From what I've seen, it has the same mechanics as balatro, the chip multiplier and so on, as well as space for 5 "jokers", 2 consumables...

But it is a game that can clearly be taken as a copy, since, from my point of view, it has no innovation in the mechanics, it is a copy and paste of the game mechanics
