Matador Rework

Trying to find a way to make Matador less Feels-bad, while keeping the core theming

Matador: Sell this joker in a boss blind to reduce hands to 1, Earn $5 for each hands lost by this effect

Now it can work for most boss blinds (RIP Needle), and gives the same feeling of pushing the edge to the old matador, the money reward could be changed, probably, for balancing, but thats the "new" effect.

That wouldn't make sense with the name. A Matador is a bull fighter. He intentionally provokes the bull to attack in the process (I'm sure everyone has seen this in some movie at some point).
And it works the same way here. You intentionally provoke the boss blind and get a reward for it.
