Shenanigans's Decks is a mod that adds a large amount of decks to the game, with CardSleeves support for each of them.

Reached 31 decks!! Additionally, made sprites for all the sleeves, improved some existing sprites, fixed some issues with other decks.
Not very thoroughly tested!! Bugs may arise

Also I'm pretty sure eternal jokers get destroyed by that effect, I'll probably try winning high stakes with the deck and see how it feels if the eternal jokers are exempt from the 1/6 chance - logically I feel that should be how it works so I will probably fix that

Edit: Eternals are immune to being destroyed in the latest version, will probably playtest and see if I find more bugs before making another release, but using the latest ShenanigansMod.lua should work

Edit 2: Another bug I'm looking into fixing is related to flames appearing on freaky deck when they shouldn't for the score. Also, the joker destroy sound plays when returning to menu but idk if I want to fix that one since it's goofy

Edit 3: Chicot deck shows the 'Boss disabled' message whenever you sell jokers, I'll make it appear only when actually in the blind itself

I updated the mod and fixed some bugs!

I tried playing with two 1/6 effects (which is a slight amount less than 2/6 odds) for Gros Michel and it was disheartening to see how quickly it'd go extinct. I adjusted the description to exclude Gros Michel for clarity, but I could make a config option to make it harder and include it anyway.

I also fixed the Snakeskin deck only drawing 3 cards in arcana/spectral packs (no idea how I didn't catch that bug), and fixed the things I described in the previous message.

Edit: Seems freaky deck still shows the fire particles when it shouldn't, I'll look into that. Also, I have an idea for a Yorick deck rework, a way to make the Gros Michel deck less painful (took me a bit to get a win even on white stake), and a new deck to add over the next few days

Hey there, I'm a bit confused on how "freaky" works. I just see every joker/playing card from packs being labelled as "freaky" eidition but I'm not sure what would be freaky 6 or 9

Oh you're right and it wasn't intended, I thought extra_hand_bonus would be alongside the default 1$ per hand (similar to how hands or discards add to the default 4 and 3/2), I made a new release that fixes that for all the decks. I was going through the stakes with all the decks and was wondering why economy seemed a bit slower and somehow didn't realize hands gave no money haha, it's fixed now

so for 5 jokers you'd be able to get up to two such multipliers (with a pattern like 69696 or 69699 or 66969... and since the effect is after the other joker scoring effects it doesn't matter where the pairs are)

Thank you!! It works now. I guess where my confusioon with freaky is on the label. Like how will I know if it's a 6 or 9? Also I'm an idiot I just got the joke lol

Currently each joker gets a random label and you need to hover over them in the shop/packs to know, I'll play around and see how easy it is to make it a more clear UI element (as I also have an additional deck idea that requires some UI additions). Glad the mod works! I've been playing around with it myself and it seems like every deck is reasonable in terms of difficulty except Gros Michel deck which is an exercise in suffering (it might be easier once I reach black stake with eternal jokers - if that's the case I might make it so that it always has those, as it's basically pointless to grab scaling jokers with it right now)

I haven't tried Gros yet, but I've been doing the hierogylph, tribulet, and caino decks and they're all super intuitive and fun 😄

Glad it's fun!! I initially felt as if it would be nice for it to draw 4 cards, since The Serpent is a boss blind and technically I guess it's meant to be a downside, but it turns out lots of builds like the effect even with 3 cards (plus I imagine it works well with endless builds with steel cards since you effectively get a waay higher handsize, but I've yet to try that with the deck)
I'm planning on adding 3 additional decks right now (thought of the effects and the back textures, just gotta implement them) then I'll wait for certain other mods I'm interested in to update to Steamodded 1.0.0 and probably update this mod as well

For some reason this seems to cause a bug with More Joker PAkcs, where it's impossible to select a card or skip their packs

I tested with al my mods, and only this one makes it have the bug

It seems to happen on every deck, at least vanilla decks and decks that aren't yours. I never actually tested on your decks

I imagine it should be pretty quick/straightforward for me to update it, but some things right now are done in a way that makes it easy to break compatibility with other mods. will message once I update and figure out a fix

It was also causing issues when I've if betmma's mods, and they patched it on their end. Might be the same reason

After testing and merging the PR, it seems like the issue with packs is fixed if you pull the latest version from the repo (gonna create a release soon). The mod also seems to work fine with Steamodded 1.0.0, but I'll play around with all the decks as I am not 100% sure everything works
