Using only the 'Four Fingers' joker (Four cards needed to make a flush or straight).
I have Ace / 7 / 6 / 5 of Hearts, and an 8 of Spades.

I guess I can see how this just so happens to be both a flush, and a straight, but it feels disingenuous to be a 'straight flush'.
