Unfortunately i didn't have crash reporting turned on but this is relatively easy to reproduce on run seed 8L9TDZWK with Abandoned deck.
Whittle down the deck to a super low number of cards (I was down to 14 I think) and hit the Cerulean Bell boss blind it becomes possible to play or discard your entire deck while still having remaining hands to play. Cerulean bell then tries to select a card from an empty hand and you encounter this lua error.
I'm honestly kind of propud of having hit this one 🙂
