You could honestly say "initial items in the second shop are free"

Or retool the effect

also this first voucher is easily way better than the overstock duo

It gets you +2 Boosters and +2 Cards, but Overstock gives you better refreshes and +3 cards across the whole Ante

Seems better in terms of boosters, but it's right after the big fight you're preparing for, so it seems level to me
