I understand this is a bug that requires a fairly specific setup to create, but I still wanted to mention it since it's still technically a bug. If you use an Ankh while having a full lineup of eternal jokers, a "phantom ankh" card will be created on the screen. From what I know there's no way to get rid of this aside from just exiting and re-entering the run, and it isn't extremely horrible, just a little visual glitch
