I'm sorry I couldn't find anything about this. I'm currently experiencing it not responding repeatedly only for it to crash once it gets to the options menu and I'm not sure why. I have a alright PC by modern standards. I just can't seem to get it to run properly.

Verifying Game Files
Swapping SSDs
Deleting Appdata
Deleting the game and Appdata
making the game windowed
Running as admin

if you run any AMD hardware, download its latest driver on the official website and install it

This unfortunately didn't seem to solve my issue. Still just super laggy and slow.
