This just happened one minute ago. I was playing a run and balatro crashed in the middle, with an error statement about storage or saving, i don't remember. I closed out balatro and reopened it. I realized that my storage was in fact full since I had forgotten to delete some apps, so I opened my system settings to delete adobe indesign, but then as it was uninstalling, balatro crashed again with the same error. Then, my computer blackscreened and was unresponsive, so I restarted it. Opening balatro again brought me to the tutorial. All my steam achievements are still there and my collection is still 100% complete and visible, but all the joker stickers and stakes are gone. I've attached a photo of my collection here with the stickers gone. Is there any way to recover my progress??

I forgot I brought my mac to play balatro on a train ride home once

#

so I turned off wifi before it could sync and started a run on mac, which still hadn't synced to steam cloud

#

then selected the mac save file once it connected to wifi again

great! yeah, it appears most people who've had this issue played on multiple devices with cloud saves
