If you open a Spectral Pack and reload the save with a certain timing, it's possible to use Spectrals before all the cards in your hand are drawn. This causes Sigil and Ouija to convert fewer cards, and Immolate to destroy fewer cards. Most critically, you can use this bug to destroy two specific cards with Immolate rather than rely on RNG.

you need a more specific combo for SUAS I, whereas SUAS II might be good if you draw all your powerful cards and see Immolate in a spectral pack

Using a new glitch I was able to break the Balatro Demo's likely final minute barrier.
However, this glitch was patched shortly after the run so it's unlikely anyone will try to improve this further.
