I decided to make some changes to the game.lua file found inside balatro.exe cus Love2D is a great engine. Now my question is how the heck do I replace the current game.lua file in the archived game exe with my version? I have tried just putting it in or saving it inside the archive but it comes back as a corrupt archive error. Since Love2D doesn't compile the same way Lua does I doubt I can compile the game just by extracting the archive content and recompiling it into an exe. Any ideas?

I have had a suggestion to just make a mod, but from my POV thats sooo much harder sounding, since I gotta learn how to even make one, and then what I'd have to do to get all of the changes I made transferred over. I basically have everything ready, I just need a way to replace the game.lua file with my own
managed to brute force the file into the archive but the game displays an error so this prolly won't work lol

i forgor about this but I already got it working before, had to do some testing and get some community help but thanks tho.
if you wanna share your "mod" like this it will be against the rules, so better just stop resisting and look how to make a mod, it's not that hard if you just wanna change some base values (lovely injections are easy if you dont wanna add your own jokers)
bruh, I have already said it multiple times that this is for pure personal use, please calm your passive aggressive tone, I know rule 7 exists and will not be releasing this for anyone else.
plus I already got it working and now know how to make sure it works with future updates so I won't really be needing help anymore if it bothers you.
