Hi I've scored far in excess of 100k for a single hand, which is reflected in the game stats, but it didn't seem to unlock the Steam achievement for the same thing. Is this a known issue? Are there any fixes or hidden criteria?

cos you didn't meet the requirements or they're also bugged?
my suggestion would be to try to get a new >100k hand on a new Balatro profile, you might get lucky and have it unlock then

Did you use unlock all? That also disables achievements
