The card with the normal card back in the middle is a holographic "The Duo", which I don't think is supposed to have a playing card back if the other ones have the Anaglyph back.

This bug (or 'tell' may I call it!) has been reported a few times, so just throwing in my 2 cents here instead of making a new bug report. Middle joker (red) was Joker Stencil copied using Ankh earlier in the run. After completing the run, the 3 jokers were revealed as 1. (black) Throwback, 2. (red, copied) Stencil, 3. (black) Stencil. Seed MWY6UX47, black deck, purple stake
