just wanna point out two things i can see from the picture, both grammar related
taking justice as an example, the text you have doesn't read quite as nicely
as for the slimy card description, it would probably work better if it either says "for +1 discard" or "to gain +1 discard"
hope that helps c:
Example
(I want to add more cards, but I don't know how balanced it is) Frozen Card: Change suit and rank card when discarded
reminds me of several jokers from other mods that do roughly the same thing. hopefully they won't kaboom
Hmm, challenge where all the cards are Frozen Cards
Hmm
(I also leave a random idea) Create a random tag and lose $5 if this card is held in hand at end of round
(Another idea!) Painted Card: 1 in 3 chance for counts in scoring while this card stays in hand (Without changing the poker hand)
(I decided to change the idea a bit) Medical Card: Add a permanent copy to deck without enhancement if this card is held in hand at end of round
Matchbox
(Update: 3 enhancements and 1 challenge have been added at the moment!) https://github.com/NrioModer/Matchbox

How does it interact with glass card ? The card is actually scored right, it's not just the chip that are added ?
Sounds like this would have a lot of cool interactions with jokers that say "for every X scored"/"scored Xs do..."
well it probably wouldn't interact with glass cards at all
cuz they're both enhancements
sure, didn't think about that ^^'
Double Enhancement when ?
Could be a deck
As for your mod, does it require the enhancement API ?
not my mod lol
and no it doesn't actually, i just checked
Mod uses mechanics of upgrading enhancement from Enhancement API. So i can say that it uses the Enhancement API which is sewn inside the mod
Continuing my trend of porting older mods to SMODS 1.0, I present Matchbox. I'm not sure if the challenge is working but it might work better as a deck anyways.

Contains three enhancements and the three associated tarot cards
