Got unlock promts for Arrowhead (30+ spades) and Brainstorm (discard a royal flush) but not showing in collection or in game. Restarted PC and game, Did both unlocked requirements again multiple times and does not give unlock prompts again. Unlocked a legendary (Triboulet) after this bug and that is showing in my collection.

if you go to collection and it shows this image then yes they're locked
if it's just a dark generic image it's unlocked but undiscovered
to unlock legendaries you also automatically discover them since using a soul card means you add them to your jokers, so that's why the legendary does show up
