I have noticed a Bug probably few people were ever in the position to notice, as of yesterday I was missing 3 achievements "Completionist+" "Completionist++" and "You get what you get" When I finished with my last deck on Gold stake I didn't get the achievement.
So I thought maybe I could get "You get what you get real quick" I then finished a run without rerolling but after got only "completionist+" and not "you get what you get" after I finished a second run without rerolling I Got "you get what you get" so there isn't really any problem for me but I feel like this might point towards some deeper problems with how the achievements are scored which could possibly block some people out from some achievements.
